ASL series control valve is a kind of globe valve, is the most commonly used in process control, the most reliable product, variety, structure, suitable for all kinds of different working conditions. Aisenberg ASL series control valve adopts modular design, different structural forms have replaceability, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the customer's site later. At present, there are two main types of control valves: ASL2 series unbalanced single-seat control valves and ASL4 series balanced sleeve single-seat control valves.
ASL2 series unbalanced single-seat control valve adopts top-oriented unbalanced structure, high strength, heavy load, S streamline channel, small pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range, high accuracy of flow characteristics. The valve cage is used to compress tightly the seat design, reduce side load and valve plug vibration, reduce friction, and extend the life time of the control valve. Flow open design, the medium flow direction tends to the open direction of the control valve , small flow state is controllable.
ASL4 series balanced sleeve single-seat control valve adopts sleeve guide structure and pressure balanced valve plug, which is designed for heavy load condition. The balance sealing ring is used to replace the upper seat and make the double seat become one seat. It is applied to the occasions with high leakage requirements. The valve body is compact, the fluid channel is streamlined, the structure is provided with a guide wing to improve the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve, the valve plug uses the pressure balance structure,been suitable for large pressure difference, and the balanced valve plug ensures the minimum thrust of the required actuator, saving costs, and is widely used in the fluid control of the pipeline requiring good dynamic stability, low temperature and low pressure. According to the different structure of the sleeve, the ASL2 series extends the porous low noise control valve, the labyrinth multi-stage pressure reducing control valve, and the combined sleeve multi-stage pressure reducing control valve.
