Working condition: Medium: nitrogen, flow rate: 10000~12000Nm3/h, pressure: 3MPa before the valve, 0.01MPa after the valve, temperature: 20℃ According to the field conditions, the product independently developed by Aisenberg - all-metal seal butterfly valve is adopted, which can be flexibly customized on the basis of this product, and can completely solve the field pain point problem:
√ Increase the throttle orifice plate: the field adjustment pressure difference is large, relying on the triple offset butterfly valve to achieve a single buck, increase the throttle orifice plate for secondary buck, to meet the valve in front of 3MPa, 0.01MPa behind the valve working condition requirements;
√ The sealing surface is made of metal material to achieve bi-directional full pressure difference and zero leakage, which can meet the requirements of on-site sealing grade V and solve the serious problem of sealing erosion;
√ customized on-site matching accessories; Aisenberg flexibly customizes matching concentric reducing tubes and matching flanges according to the site for on-site installation.
